Beef Teriyaki Kebabs with Pineapple & Vegetables

  1. Whisk the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Reserve a little glaze, then marinate the beef in the rest.
  3. Thread the beef, pineapple, peppers and onion onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning often.
  6. Brush with the reserved glaze for the final few minutes.
  7. Rest briefly before serving.
  8. Serve with rice or salad.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Green Pepper chunked
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Red Pepper chunked
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 700 g Beef Sirloin cubed
  • 1 Red Onion wedges

Notes

Cut ingredients to similar sizes for even cooking.

Leave small gaps on skewers so heat circulates well.
