- Whisk the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
- Reserve a little glaze, then marinate the beef in the rest.
- Thread the beef, pineapple, peppers and onion onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Cook the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning often.
- Brush with the reserved glaze for the final few minutes.
- Rest briefly before serving.
- Serve with rice or salad.

- 250 g Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Green Pepper chunked
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Red Pepper chunked
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic grated
- 700 g Beef Sirloin cubed
- 1 Red Onion wedges
Notes
Cut ingredients to similar sizes for even cooking.
Leave small gaps on skewers so heat circulates well.
