- Sauté onion and spinach in olive oil, then cool slightly.
- Mix in crumbled feta and season.
- Layer filo in an oiled tray, brushing each layer with oil.
- Add filling between layers and finish with filo on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes until golden and crisp.
