  1. In a large bowl, combine the minced beef, tinned tuna (drained and flaked), finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of a golf ball, and flatten them slightly.
  4. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt to make the tangy dipping sauce.
  7. Serve the patties hot with the tangy dipping sauce on the side.

  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped

  • 2 tbsp Oil for frying
  • 400 g Minced Beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Eggs

Notes

Chill the shaped patties for 15 minutes if the mixture feels soft before frying.

Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches for an even golden crust.
