These Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are a fun burger-night twist that still feels familiar and satisfying. Seasoned beef, smoky bacon and cheddar are rolled in dough, brushed with garlic butter and baked until crisp and golden.

They slice neatly for sharing and work well for family dinners, party platters or game-day food. Serve with pickles, mustard and a crunchy salad to balance the richness.

  1. Heat oven to 200C fan and line a baking tray with parchment.

  2. Cook the minced beef in a hot pan with onion powder, salt and pepper for 6 to 8 minutes until browned; drain excess fat.

  3. Stir mustard into the cooked beef and let it cool for 5 minutes.

  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.

  5. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle, spread beef mixture over it, then scatter chopped bacon and cheddar evenly.

  6. Roll tightly from the long edge into a log and pinch the seam closed.

  7. Slice into 10 to 12 rounds and place cut-side up on the tray.

  8. Brush tops with garlic butter and bake 15 to 18 minutes until deeply golden.

  9. Rest 3 minutes, then serve warm with sliced gherkins and extra mustard.
