  • 30ml Roasted red peppers (jarred) sliced and patted dry
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 40g Feta crumbled
  • 15ml Butter softened (for spreading)
  • 1 handful Spinach fresh leaves

Notes

For added flavour, you can include a sprinkle of oregano or basil. If you prefer a bit of heat, add a pinch of chili flakes to the spinach.
