- Spread the tuna mixture on one slice of bread and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread and toast in a sandwich maker or skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
- Cut diagonally and serve hot.

- 1 tbsp Jalapeños finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 slices Sliced Bread
- Salt, to taste
- 50g Cheddar Cheese grated
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Black Pepper, to taste
Notes
Adjust jalapeños to your heat preference; add a squeeze of lemon for brightness if desired.
Press gently while toasting so the bread crisps evenly and the cheese melts through.
