5-Minute Fruit Nachos
Crisp apple wedges piled with berries, yoghurt, honey and dark chocolate for a colourful no-cook pudding or snack.
This peanut butter and banana smoothie is designed for busy mornings: naturally sweet banana, a spoonful of nutty peanut butter and chilled milk blitz into a creamy, satisfying drink.
Greek yoghurt gives it body without making it heavy, while a pinch of salt and a splash of vanilla make the peanut flavour pop. Use frozen banana if you want it extra thick.
Add the banana, peanut butter, milk, yoghurt, honey, vanilla and salt, if using, to a blender.
Blend for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth, scraping down the sides if the peanut butter sticks.
Add the ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie is cold, thick and frothy.
Taste and adjust with a little more milk to loosen or a touch more honey for sweetness, then pour into two glasses and serve straight away.
