Banana & Peanut Butter Roll-Ups

Banana & Peanut Butter Roll-Ups are quick to assemble and easy to eat on the go. Creamy peanut butter and ripe banana bring a naturally sweet, filling bite.

Serve them whole for packed lunches or slice into rounds for a simple snack platter.

Method

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a board.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter over each tortilla, leaving a small border at the edge.
  3. Place one peeled banana along one side of each tortilla.
  4. Drizzle with a little honey and add a pinch of cinnamon if using.
  5. Roll each tortilla up tightly around the banana.
  6. Serve whole or slice into bite-sized rounds.

Ingredients

  • pinch Ground Cinnamon optional
  • 2 Flour tortillas soft, medium
  • 1 tsp Honey optional drizzle
  • 2 Ripe Bananas peeled
  • 4 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter

Notes

Use wholemeal tortillas for a nuttier flavour and extra fibre.

For a nut-free version, swap peanut butter for sunflower seed spread.

If packing for later, brush cut sides lightly with lemon juice to slow browning.
