Air Fryer Glazed Salmon Fillets
Tender air fryer salmon fillets with a sticky soy, honey, garlic and ginger glaze, ready in about 20 minutes.
This quick ginger soy glazed salmon is built for a weeknight dinner: whisk the glaze, brush it over the fish and let the oven do the work. The honey gives shine and gentle sweetness, while fresh ginger, garlic and lime keep the salmon bright rather than heavy.
Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Line a small roasting tray with baking paper and lightly oil the centre so the salmon lifts away cleanly.
Whisk the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, lime juice, sesame oil and a good grind of black pepper in a bowl until the honey loosens into a glossy glaze.
Pat the salmon fillets dry and set them on the prepared tray. Spoon or brush over roughly two thirds of the glaze, keeping a little back for basting.
Bake for 10 minutes, then brush over the remaining glaze. Return to the oven for 5–8 minutes, until the salmon flakes at the thickest point and the glaze is bubbling at the edges.
Rest for 2 minutes, then scatter with spring onion and sesame seeds. Spoon any tray juices over the fish before serving with rice or greens.
