Beef & Tuna Patties with Tangy Dipping Sauce
Crispy beef and tuna patties served with a bright lemon-mustard mayo dip.
Nepali momos are soft, juicy dumplings packed with aromatic filling and traditionally served with a fiery achar dipping sauce.
This version keeps the classic street-food spirit while using practical home methods, making it perfect for sharing with family and friends.
In a bowl, mix minced chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Place a small spoon of filling in each momo wrapper.
Pleat and seal edges firmly into half-moon or round momo shapes.
Lightly oil steamer trays and arrange momos with space between each.
Steam for 10–12 minutes until wrappers are translucent and filling is fully cooked.
For achar: blend tomatoes, soaked chillies, toasted sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt, and optional coriander until smooth.
Serve hot momos with spicy achar dip.
