Spiced Walnut & Rhubarb Muffins
Tender, moist muffins packed with the tartness of fresh rhubarb, the crunch of toasted walnuts, and a warm blend of cinnamon and nutmeg. A perfect treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
Air fryer boiled eggs are a simple, hands-off way to cook eggs without waiting for a pan of water to boil. Once you know the timing that suits your air fryer, the results are easy to repeat.
Use the shorter timing for softer centres, the middle timing for jammy yolks and the longer timing for fully set yolks. A quick ice bath stops the cooking and makes the shells easier to peel.
Preheat the air fryer to 135°C for 2 to 3 minutes.
Arrange the eggs in the basket in a single layer, leaving a little space between each one so the air can circulate.
Cook for 10 to 11 minutes for soft-boiled eggs, 12 to 13 minutes for jammy yolks, or 15 to 16 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
Lift the eggs straight into a bowl of iced water and leave them for 5 to 10 minutes to stop the cooking.
Peel the eggs for eating straight away, or leave them in their shells and refrigerate for later.
