Ingredients

  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • as needed Water
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 15ml Olive Oil

Method

  2. Prep ingredients and season well.
  3. Arrange in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
  4. Air fry until cooked through, shaking/turning halfway.
  5. Rest for 2 minutes, then serve.
