Recipe
Prawn & Pea Korma
Creamy prawn and pea korma made in one pan with gentle spice and a rich coconut sauce, ready in about 35 minutes.
These grilled beef kebabs are packed with warm spices and cooked until beautifully charred outside while staying tender inside.
The preserved lemon dip adds a sharp, savoury lift that balances the richness of the meat, making this a standout dish for BBQs, weeknight grills, or sharing platters.
In a bowl, toss beef cubes with olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
Thread beef onto skewers and preheat grill or griddle to high heat.
Grill kebabs for 8–10 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes, until charred and cooked to your preference.
For the dip, mix Greek yogurt, preserved lemon, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Rest kebabs for 3 minutes, then serve with preserved lemon dip and chopped parsley.
Keep cooking
