Slow-Cooked Beef Short Ribs with BBQ Glaze

Slow-Cooked Beef Short Ribs with BBQ Glaze

Classic
serves 4

These slow-cooked beef short ribs are all about deep flavour and tenderness. The meat cooks low and slow until it becomes meltingly soft, then gets brushed with a smoky-sweet BBQ glaze for a glossy finish.

They are perfect for weekend cooking or special dinners at home. Serve with mash, slaw, or roasted vegetables to soak up every bit of the rich sauce.
