Ingredients
- 1 Onion finely diced
- 120 g Mature Cheddar grated
- 200 g Chestnut Mushrooms sliced
- 300 g Egg Noodles
- 150 ml Chicken Stock
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 x 145 g tins Tinned Tuna drained
- 200 ml Double cream

- Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Cook the noodles until just tender, then drain.
- Soften onion and mushrooms in a little oil for 6–8 minutes, then add garlic for 1 minute.
- Stir in cream and stock, simmer briefly, then fold through tuna and half the cheddar.
- Combine with noodles, transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until bubbling and golden, then rest for 5 minutes before serving.
