Balsamic Vinegar Garden Salad

A fresh and vibrant garden salad, perfectly combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese, and walnuts, all beautifully drizzled with a homemade balsamic vinegar dressing.

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts before serving.

  • 75ml Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Cucumber sliced medium
  • 1 Garlic minced clove
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced small
  • 100g Cherry Tomato halved

Notes

This salad is a wonderful side dish for summer barbecues or as a light standalone meal. The balsamic dressing can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge.
