10-Minute Tuna Wraps

10-Minute Tuna Wraps

These tuna wraps are fast, practical, and properly balanced for an easy lunch or light dinner. Flaked tuna is mixed with a simple yoghurt and mayonnaise dressing, sharpened with lemon juice and black pepper, then wrapped with crisp lettuce and tomato for freshness and crunch.

The recipe is fully no-cook, easy to scale, and best served straight away while the wraps stay fresh. Serve as they are, or add cucumber, sweetcorn, or a little chilli sauce to suit your taste.

Method

10m10m
  1. Put the drained tuna in a mixing bowl and flake it well with a fork.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, diced tomato, a pinch of salt, and a good grind of black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Lay the tortillas on a work surface and divide the shredded lettuce between them, leaving a small border around the edge of each wrap.
  4. Spoon the tuna mixture over the lettuce and spread it into a neat line down the centre of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides, roll up each wrap tightly, then cut in half and serve straight away.
