- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 350g Plain Flour
- 1 Butternut Squash roasted and sliced, large
- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil extra for base
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt

- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roast butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender and caramelised.
- Cook garlic in olive oil, then add tomato sauce, cumin, saffron, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Stretch dough into a 30cm circle. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Spread spiced tomato sauce over dough. Top with butternut squash, red onion, dried cranberries, and goat cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Garnish with mint and drizzle with honey.
