  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the red onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta, pancetta, onion, garlic, roasted red peppers, black olives, and pasta bake sauce in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the dried herbs, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle over the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
