Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Potato Pancakes

These stuffed potato pancakes are crisp on the outside, soft inside, and packed with a rich beef-and-cheese filling.

They make a satisfying dinner or sharing snack and pair brilliantly with sour cream, spicy ketchup, or a fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion grated small
  • Beef, to taste
  • 3ml Paprika

  • 45ml Flour
  • 250g Beef ground

Method

  1. Prep the Potatoes: Grate potatoes and onion, squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Mix the Potato Batter: Combine grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, seasonings.
  3. Cook the Beef Filling: Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, add seasonings and cheese.
  4. Assemble the Pancakes: Form potato patties, add beef-cheese mixture, fold and flatten.
  5. Fry the Pancakes: Cook in oil until golden and crispy (~4-5 mins per side).
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Keep warm while frying the rest and serve with desired sides.

Notes
