- 350g Plain Flour
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil extra for base

- Preheat oven to 230°C. Stretch dough into a 30cm circle. Transfer to a baking sheet.
