Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 350g Plain Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil extra for base

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Cook garlic in olive oil, then add tomato sauce, oregano, and chili flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 230°C. Stretch dough into a 30cm circle. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over dough. Layer with cheeses, prosciutto, chorizo, and salami.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Garnish with rosemary.
