- Coriander Fresh, for garnish
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 clove Garlic

- Combine 350g plain or gluten-free flour, 1 teaspoon active dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1½ teaspoons salt. Mix in 3 tablespoons olive oil and 230ml warm water. Knead until smooth, let rise for 1 hour.
- Blend 2 avocados, 125ml lemon juice, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1 clove garlic, ¼ teaspoon oregano, salt, and black pepper for the sauce.
- Sauté marinated tempeh in olive oil until browned and crispy.
- Stretch the dough into a 30cm circle, apply avocado sauce, and add tempeh, sliced bell peppers, onion, baby spinach, and vegan mozzarella.
- Bake at 230°C for 12-15 minutes until golden.
