  • 15ml Soy Sauce
  • 15ml Vegetable or groundnut oil
  • 30ml Soy Sauce
  • 3 Garlic crushed or grated cloves
  • 1 Carrot julienned large
  • 1 Courgette julienned large

Notes

If you prefer a milder salad, adjust the amount of red chillies used in the recipe. This salad can be served warm or at room temperature, depending on your preference.
